We had 10 yards in the third quarter. Why not try something different?

I would have tried more Guice before worrying about the QB. If that didn't work, then maybe, maybe a different QB other than Harris.

should have ran Option with BH Leonard and Guice the entire second half

Bama had the edges sealed all night long. The option would have produced the same amount of yardage that was produced last night

Nothing would change we were overmatched.

Tom Brady wouldn't have mattered behind our OL last night. You guys calling for changing to the read option in the middle of a game do you realize you have to practice that right? We run a pro set and you can't change that in the middle of a game lol.

There should be plenty of time to practice now with CEO's 10 minute Tuesdays. Or was it twenty minutes Thursdays?

They damn sure weren't going to win it with a qb that often times finished with less than 100 yards passing and under 50%. It is funny, Lee had a couple pics but in 2010 he saved the day against bama....and all of 2011 he was near the top of qb efficiency. As for this past Saturday, etling had a bad game, but at least he has had good games. BH can't run or pass, and had unforced turnovers against bama and Wisconsin in tight games. Etling may not be the answer, but BH definitely isn't.

We actually missed a field goal, and got hosed on the late/dirty hit by bama and should have had the ball first down at the 20. So, I disagree with 10 quarters.

Les and cam fkd us with qb no doubt.

I agree, what we were working with put up 125 yards of offense. So the mindset of this board is to bitch and moan about it and slam people who wanted our only other option to give it a try.

not as poised

This was the only thing DE was better at the BH, granted it's a major thing. DE didn't have and poise Saturday. BH couldn't have been any worse, it would have been worth a try.

The problem was not DE and BH would not have solved that. The problem was our tackles getting murdered

Hard to argue the point. If things are broken then try to fix it. He may have made a difference as IMHO we needed way more deep balls to stretch them out, plus his mobility may have resulted in a little bit more time to throw...

Are you an Alabama fan upset that Alabama's streak of the defence scoring a TD was broken?

There is no correlation between Lee and Harris. What record does Harris have that warranted insertion into the game?

I like Harris as a person and hope that he gets another shot at QB either here or at another institution.
If he stays, goes through Spring Practice with a new offence and wins the job, I'll be his biggest fan.

God damn could we have done worse with BH? At least give the kid a try.

25 yards and 1 first down in 2nd half. So what if he threw a few picks. At least you know you tried them both and neither of them worked.

You're missing a huge difference.

Lee had a really good year in 2011 - except for the first half of Bama. So he had proven, over the course of many games, that he could lead the offense and move the ball.

Harris has looked terrible and hasn't proven his ability to lead our offense.

So apples and oranges.

My opinion today is the same opinion I had for that game.

A QB change wasn't going to help. Our OL was absolutely demolished. And, that is the achilles heel of this program.

I would not have objected to seeing Harris. MAYBE he escapes pressure once and makes a big play downfield. But, honestly, there is a better chance that he throws it to Bama and ends the game.

13 TD's 6 INT's last year

Had a bad Wisconsin game and a bad start to Jack St. To say he has looked bad the whole time is bullshite.

Apples to Oranges comparison? I'm sure it is to you if you are DE dickrider.

They are both not good QB's. But a mix up would have been refreshing.

Not even close to same scenario.

JL had a lot of success that year in the games he started.
BH has had little to no success.

JJ had come off a even worse performance vs uga in seccg. So it surprised no one he picked up where he left off when we played alabama.

We had another guy on the bench that was sr that had proven himself.
BH not so much.

It's retarded logic and not the same situation.

Fact is LSU doesn't have a qb on their roster that would have made a difference Sat night.
It's wishful thinking.
