I think it will be that Bama was overrated to begin with and had not played anyone. This is probably true, but I'm anticipating LSU not getting as much credit for beating them as we think.

Most likely. Could care less, it's a UA streak anyhow.

It will be much more about them losing than us winning.

We shite the bed against one decent team and one mediocre team. How much "credit" should we rightfully expect to get, and why should a win against Bama be seen as anything but a fluke and/or that Bama is "overrated"?

This. Everyone will be blabbering about how the SEC has knocked itself out of this years title, thus ending the streak.

meh, if Bama loses, they still have a shot.
- Stanford beats Oregon
- Ohio State loses conference championship game
- As good as FSU has looked, they could have a down game and lose to either Florida or Miami in a rematch.

I still don't expect their to be multiple undefeated teams. and, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a one-loss Bama play for another NC.

"Bama beat themselves"- Finebaum
"Still the best team. Just can't finish with more points"- Robert Smith
"Officials. Beat themselves. Injuries. Got 15?"- Bammers

If we win I think it'll be alot of... " This just goes to show that in the SEC any team can win. " They will say bama beat themselves. LSU finally but together a complete game. All the same stuff that they always say.

ESPN would love it. Why? Not because it's the end of the SEC streak, but because it will be 24/7 of WHAT IF'S on what it will take to see an SEC team in the Title Game.

The pundits will simply shift the timeline for the "resume" and talk about how Bama should still play for the NC because of the last 3 years.

That's what a lot of this board says, so why would you complain about that?
