Burrow was replaced by a younger QB.

Narcisse hasnt played a snap of collegiate ball and expected to start over guys that have... big difference IMO

Burrow will do for LSU what Baker Mayfield did for Oklahoma.

Aren't you the same tool that was negatively critiquing Burrow's ability through a 30 second clip of practice? What's your deal with Burrow, he frick your girl already?

A grad transfer who is going to start at LSU.

Comparing him to the other two is apples to shitty QBs.

I'm not going to argue that transfers are quitters.

However, I will say that anyone who transfers for playing time when they are a redshirt freshman who entered school a year after an ACL surgery AND whose only real competition for junior and senior year is a guy from his class who has underwhelmed is making a very bad decision.

What??? There have been plenty of people calling both players quitters.... sad indeed.... I call them loser fans......

I'm with you on this one PEEJ. Truly pathetic. I'm guessing it's deep-seated jealousy.

I haven't seen many people seriously criticizing McMillan. Even though he, unlike Burrow, hasn't graduated, he has a rationale reason for leaving: he wants to play football during his college years and he's a backup to a player who will in all likelihood outlast his eligibility.

Narcisse, on the other hand, will have two years of eligibility even if Burrow starts in 2018 and 2019. Narcisse has shown signs of being a quality player and has all of the tools. But he has not shown that he's starter material. It is understandable that he is disappointed to not win the job this year, but instead of working harder and using the setback as motivation, he chose to QUIT.

Ultimately, this is good for LSU. We don't need a QB on the roster with a strong pedigree but who quits in the face of competition. It will suck if both Burrow and Brennan get hurt because we won't have a third option. But barring that, Narcisse will be easily replaced. And since he doesn't want to learn and then compete, I highly doubt he will be successful anywhere else. Everyone will freak out on the Rant when he enrolls at Auburn next spring but that is awesome for us. I'd love for Auburn to have an insecure player holding one of their QB roster spots.
