Baton Rouge, Louisiana and fill it with a bunch of LSU grads and deny with a straight face that there could possibly some amount of bias.

I think it's more about who is in the office more so than where it is located.

No conflict of interest anywhere!!

A state with no SEC teams, somewhere in the northeast.

Charlotte. Still basically in the South but in a state that has no SEC ties.

Nashville: Big enough, school there is higher on academics than sports.

Atlanta: Biggest city in south, where the championship is played.

Worst place is Alabama: small, home to a good ole boy system, bad rep. Even back to Jackson would be better.

I think it should be broken up and have different offices in different states. the commissioners office could be in one state and the review office (where the reviews for each game is done) could be in another city or state. Etc

Irvine, California would make a fantastic home for the South Eastern Conference HQ.

Irvine is centrally located between the beach, a shite ton of great restaurants and all kinds of office space. Many organizations have Irvine their home, the SEC should become one.

Maybe somewhere in North Carolina or West Virginia. Far enough south, no dog in the race.

So then instead of Bama bias it's UGA or Tennessee bias.

What's the difference if proximity to a school = bias for that football program?
