some of you don't realize how many people come from out of town for these games. Also, the amount of people that go out of their way to schedule events around LSU away games.

I couldn't believe when people like Scona kept blasting the fans and couldn't grasp that.

Exactly....and the SC game last year was the only road game in October, so many people had other stuff planned since that was the ONLY Saturday available that month. I thought getting 40K on 3 days notice was pretty damned good, actually.

Most won't, LSU's fan base isn't reliable. See: South Carolina game last year.

Actually, wouldnt that actually make our fanbase reliable? Considering we didnt back out of other plans for a spur of the moment football game?

Agreed, had to back out last minute from friends trip to G'ville for game; will not miss any of the game if it's moved to BR
