the next best thing will be our win keeping Bama out of the title game. I could live with bursting the Irish bubble in the Sugar Bowl again.

I'm not sure LSU could score a TD against this Irish defense. And my hunch is that ND will be in Miami, anyway.

Lets just enjoy the season. We still have a shot at defending our SEC Title and going to a major bowl. The BCS stuff is what it is.

Oregon and K State will probably run the table. You Notre Dame jumping them both? I know there's a media bias toward them. I don't know if it's enough in this case.

Plain and simple. LSU wins out, we're in no matter what. Even if ND and Oregon are undefeated.

Idk if a 1-Loss SEC team gets in over unbeaten K-State, ND, or Oregon.

Not a chance. And I agree with the OP, I will be happy with just keeping Bama out and winning the SEC

The rest of the country wants to see someone other than the SEC win the BCS. Given the opportunity, the pollsters will do what it takes to make that happen.

Still have a ways to go before the season is over.

Yeah, agree. Last years shitfest in the title game wouldn't help you jump an undefeated this year IMO.

KSU , ND , and Oregon are not going to go undefeated. All we have to do is win out and were in.

The computers are eventually going to kill Oregon and the media will do anything in their power to get ND in the title game. And if they win out, I'm not sure they don't deserve it.

We wouldn't jump those guys. We would need 2 of the 3 to lose to get in the game.

Still, with the play of our offense, I'm not optimistic about our need to worry about that scenario. If we beat Bama, my optimism will jump a mile.
