Whoa. I realize it was last season, but Oregon more than proved themselves against the Vols. Who cares about the line play when you got that kind of result.

I dont know quack, Cali has a steady flow of best in the nation high school football players, some one else already made the observation that USC seemed to do pretty well with the talent they recruited... I am a southern boy, born and bred, so i may be biased.... but we do it bigger, harder, and faster down this way... just sit back and watch Texas A&M get bitch slapped every week once they come in this dog fight down here.... sorry, oregon would get more of what it got Sat night if it were in the SEC/. IMO

There isn't any of this that will resonate with this tool. When your this delusional and get blown away by LSU and still can't see the difference between the two schools there really isn't much you can do to talk sense into him. We had Mingo completely run down their Top Heisman contender from behind with ease
also Barner was getting dragged off the field after the game. If this team had to play Arkansas this coming week they would be crushed

The injury situation that they would face would be the difference maker. Over a long stretch of physical teams they would be playing mostly their second string. But they have a gimmick offense that allows them to normally overcome having lesser talent, so if you don't have time to prepare for it and they aren't all hurting, they can do well. I think they either win their conference this year or finish near the top. But in the SEC they would lose 4 or 5 games, even with the trick offense, because of the wear and tear.

Oregon is fast and small. SEC is bigger, stronger and just as fast if not faster. Your players would not hold up to SEC punishment for a season. Just look at the physical size and strength of the Bama LSU teams. Sorry your a step above Boise and that is about it. Good for a game or two against the big boys and that is about it. FYI your fans are the most up tight fans I have been around until you get drunk. You had your chance to prove something and your proved nothing except you are not worthy. Chill dude and take your weak #@+*$ somewhere else.

But we're gonna be there soon enough.

Actually, Oregon has probably reached its peak. Once USC returns to form and Texas/OU join the Pac-whatever, the Ducks will again be a second tier team.

Tennessee could totally curbstomp the Ducks.

Oh wait...

But seriously, per today's Oregonian (and contrary to Kelly's whinefest about SEC teams refusing to come play at Autzen), the Tennessee/Oregon game at Autzen is still on in 2013. I've lived in Oregon for almost 9 years and never been to a game at Autzen. I think that may have to be my first game at Autzen. One of my colleagues is a Tennessee and Oregon fan so I'm sure we'll have a great time. Hopefully the Vols are much improved in 2013 so they don't embarrass the SEC again.
