And—this is what dumbfricks seem to not understand, their brains are too fricking small—WE’D STILL HAVE TO HIRE ANOTHER frickING COACH. Who, in their motherfricking right minds, would take the LSU head coaching job knowing we’re willing to fire them, not just a season after a national championship, but a season AFTER THE BEST frickING COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON OF ALL frickING TIME?!!!!

This continues to be repeated, but misses the point.

Orgeron will not get fired due to the teams performance this year. If he's fired it will be because of the Title IX shite. There will be plenty of successful coaches interested in the job looking to make the jump to a big time gig.

You are not the first person I've heard express this sentiment.

Which is odd, considering that just last year he was the head coach of a team that had perhaps the greatest season of college football.

If this is a common attitude, it would be unprecedented.
most people realize that O is Gene Chizik 2.0.

O had Burrow and Brady for a magical year, but they're both gone. Just like Cam and Gus.

Texas wouldn’t hire O. Come on
They might not, but Orgeron at Texas would make a killing on the recruiting trail.

No. Les was a better coach and he could only find the worst D1 program to hire him.
On no planet was Les a better coach.

Let’s be clear:
Les needed to be fired.
But on a bad day, Les is a better HC than Orgeron.
