He will win the Heisman NEXT year.
AND
Be the #1 DRAFT PICK.

Outside of JRuss and Jones, nobody who’s played for LSU has ever thrown the ball like Nuss. It’s amazing how much velo he gets on the ball for a guy his size.

And I know we have some fans complaining about it but him delivering strikes on off platform throws is something NFL people will love.

I wonder how likely we are to get him back next year.

Hes got an outside shot at #1 and Heisman THIS year.

He's on pace for 3,750 yards, 39 TDs, and 8 Ints all while completing 70% of his passes. If the team keeps winning and gets in the playoffs, he might be a first rounder this year. Next year if he comes back he would be an automatic top 5 Heisman favorite.

What's devolment?

Will his level of play devolve (get worse) over time? The logic doesn't follow. . . especially when compared to Burrow and Daniels.

Did you mean the development of his skills will improve, or evolve?

He needs run game support to maintain this all year imo.

I would love for that to be true, but if he keeps having a good year he's a first rounder and is gone. No matter who our QB is next year, they will have to deal with a brand new O Line.

Said that yesterday and people said I was wrong. Hes shooting up draft boards and if he continues we may only get one year of Nuss and that’s disappointing.

He needs to learn to keep the ball and run.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to catch this.

if you would have told LSU fans 10 years ago that LSU could have 3 1st QB 's and 2 or more possible Heisman trophy winners in a 5 year span 100% of them would have told you to put down the pipe.

Im a certified Nuss loverboy but it’s more so the fact he throws off his back foot even when it’s not necessary at all

Conversely, if you told them we’d have one of the worst defenses in CFB they would’ve told you the same thing. Sucks we can’t put it all together at once for an extended period of time

NEXT year.

I believe that he will be gone next year. We are losing 4 OL, most likely our top Wr's, and TE. He is also projected a first rounder next year. Be shocked if he came back.

I know man. Just think if he didn't do that he would probably be completing 85% of his passes, passing for 500 yards a game, and lead CFB in TD passes.
