There is no chance in hell that Chip Kelly leaves Oregon to come to LSU. Zero.

Realistically, they should look at....

1. TCU
2. Athens (Grantham)
3. Gainesville ('champ won't leave though)

But how long would it take to get the type of players he needs to run his offense on campus ?

He has stated before, that he would adapt to the players that he has.

Did we really manage to make 4 pages with no mention of John Gruden?

David Shaw, Jimbo Fisher are my top/realistic choices.

Would prefer Brian over Chip. Pederson wouldn't be bad. I have heard bad things about Gary Patterson, not exactly a player's coach, plus he would boot Chavis. I would get an offensive guy who would keep Chavis.

Because Orgeon did so well against 2 SEC teams and got beat by Stanford who plays SEC style defense
With midget players. Have you seen Oregon? They look like a high school team and zip all around the field like waterbugs. What Kelly could do with southern SEC athletes would be absolutely scary.

Oregon played Auburn closer than any SEC team did in 2010.

The problem is, unlike the PAC 12 (and every other conference) that the SEC is full of defensive speed on the perimeter.

What could he do? Tell me the SEC players that can play in that offense- because I'll say this: Hill couldn't. Ware couldn't. Hilliard damn sure couldn't.
Neither could Mett at QB, or Lee for that matter. Now, JJ could have, because he could run the ball out of the spread with 4 WRs.

There's a reason people call them both "quick" and "small", and it goes to the physical attributes of those players.

Are you forgetting the backs hes worked with in his career?

Dude is a great coach and could easily work with our players.

Jonathan Stewart ran for like 1500 yds in Chip Kelly's offense, and he's a 230 lb RB. I'm not advocating Chip to be our coach, but I think he can craft a pretty successful offense out of the talent we have on hand.
