I have watched Todd Gurley a decent amount and have a lot of respect for the guy. He is an awesome player. How many yards to we need to hold this guy to, to be able to come away with the big W on Saturday?

I say if he goes for less than 120, we win, if he goes for more..... well, gonna be tough.

He's gonna get his yards. That's inevitable. We just have to slow him down enough.

Well since his average is 125 yards, anything under that. Hes 1 of those backs that will get his yards, hes too damn good to shut him down completely. But, even if he gets his yards doesnt mean that they will win.

We just cant let him run wild. If he averages over 5.0 YPC, we lose. He will bust a big play here and there, but we just cant let him consistently turn a 1st and 10 into a 2nd a 5. Hes gonna have have his great runs here and there, but we gotta have some plays on D where he gets (-) minus yards.

If we can just contain him and lock down everything else we should be ok. If he's that good he's going to get his 100 yards. We just can't let him rush for 175-200. Hold him to 120ish but shut down the passing game and I like our chances.

Les than 100. He will get his yards. We just can't let him have an exceptional game by his standards.

I think we find out how good LSU's dbs are in this game. LSU will need to stack the box to try to slow Gurley down. Hopefully Murray can have a bad game. I think these 2 teams are the most evenly matched in the sec. It shouldn't be hard for either team to prepare, cause it's just like going against your same team in practice.

He's averaging 6ypc right now. 2 carries nets a first down. If we can keep him at 4ypc with 1 long run I think we have a great shot.

So 120 yards on 21 carries (his average) with 40 coming on a long one is 4ypc... seems about right so 120 yards we win.
