A fund could be created to give any in state player automatic money for choosing to stay in Louisiana to play their college sports. It would be up to each college and it’s boosters to fund the majority of the deal while the state paid in a base amount. These players would be guaranteed to make this money for choosing to play football, baseball, softball etc in Louisiana. State tourism could be tied to it as well as other things.

It could be set up like go fund me and anyone could be a booster no matter what. If you are a small business and want to contribute $150 a month (idea from another poster) you can. You would receive monthly reports on how you helped a Volleyball player earn her BA in engineering etc to show how your money has helped.

I know our states poor and it would probably be impossible but it would be nice to create a way to keep instate talent home.

Chicken should use a percentage of our TD Premium Membership fees to contribute to the cause.

They need a deal for small bussinesses, I'd love to contribute but I could only do like $150 a month. Doubt that does much by itself, but group a bunch of it together and you might have something.

Whatever company that makes Mason Jars needs to give an inorsement to Maason Smith. This just makes too much sense.

If not, I think we should start a Mason Jar company.

This is 10000000% illegal. How in the hell can't some of you get this through your heads at this point?

Louisiana has at least twice the state budget of a state like Alabama. This is not due to higher taxes, but instead because our economy dwarfs Alabama’s. We will be just fine when it comes to NIL. We’re behind a bit, but we will catch up.

The Crooked Politicians in Baton Rouge will never agree to it. That would be money they'd be losing!

I don't know about that. Its the only successful thing done here in the last 20 years at least we would be able to see a return on the investment.

I’m sure there would be ways to figure it through using nonprofits or something. If there is a will, there’s a way
