Drops?

Which drops are you talking about. I don't recall any.

Moscona had said that. Has ties to Denbrock. They could move Fitzgerald west bsck to DT where they need bodies

Nuss was playing down 24pts.
Recall Lee with great numbers playing from behind numerous games.

if you like your best play to be a broken pass play scramble, then JD is our best choice.
If you want a QB that can throw a pass other than a 5-10 yard hitch play where the receiver is either immediately tackled or falls down, then JD isn't our best choice.

That’s why you’re posting on TD and not coaching.

This is just the kind of statistic cited by losers. Nice going.

We passed for 80 yards a piece against Auburn and Arkansas. Pathetic.

Games we won

We threw for 500 yards and lost to UGA. Both qbs were over 200 yards btw

Which is more pathetic?

And 10th in yards per pass attempt.

So passing yards are more important than points to you?

The goal is to score points. Was LSUs offense always humming? No. Was LSUs offense never frustrating as hell? Also no.

But LSU scored points this year.

You people always make these straw man arguments and it’s no wonder why. We averaged 27ppg vs the SEC and scored 23 vs FSU. Now if you think that’s a lot of points you just don’t know what you’re talking about. Elevating rent a win stats above the real schedule is an old and tired tactic from pumpers.

Unfortunately CBK doesn’t agree with you. Daniels is CBKs guy; his recruit and Nuss is not. CBKs ND record of offensive performance and QB play, development is unimpressive to say the least. Just look at his long list of QBs that played for him. Offensive scheme and QB play was my biggest concern when hired; that and whether we would be a physical team; frankly my initial concerns still remain after his first full season. He wants a ball-control, horizontal passing game not a vertical one. That’s who he is. Good, bad OL potential was not a primary deciding factor for his Daniels decision, in my opinion. The decision was made when Daniels accepted the offer, barring any major flaws in JD spring, fall performance prior to the season.

Like the OP, I’m not a fan of a run-oriented QB. A significant data point for me is the list of National Championship winning QBs going back to Cam Newton. There isn’t a single running QB-oriented offense who have won the NC with the exception of Cam who was an anomaly, physical freak. There’s certainly correlation for lack of NC success of running QBs; causation, that’s probably a bit too complex to prove.

Now do the rest of the SEC.

Seriously curious

Nabors dropped a bomb from Daniels. Daniels underthrew it and UGA's corner did interfere with him before it got there, but when the ball ultimately got there, it went straight through Nabors' arms. He just dropped it.

Also, I'm not sure what happened with Thomas on the ball in the end zone that he got hurt on, but it was a good pass and he seemingly tried to catch it with one hand and it ended up incomplete.

Can you guys give the subject a rest? BK wil make the right decision next year as he did this year. Our flakey fans would have been crying about the four or five win season we would have had with this Nuss kid at the helm.

Here's a suggestion, Nav. You give it a "rest" as you say by ignoring any such threads.

I don’t see anything stopping you from doing that.
