there is nothing like Tiger Stadium, so I don't care how "fan-friendly" Faggie Field is, you don't compare steak to burgers, go back to lurking, you are not a Tiger fan.

I'll start by saying I know Death Valley is not what it used to be outside of 1-2 big games each season. However, much of that is because the team has been mostly average the past 5 years. If we were undefeated or true championship contenders, it would be rocking again. A&M has great fan support and still hasn't won anything relevant in almost 100 years, but they're undefeated and on the way to the playoffs so it's slammed. I've been to several of our games against them and the place was not rocking and there were plenty of empty seats because they were 7-5/8-4. Context matters.

ETA they also have 80k undergrad enrollment

The entire game, the fanbase is engaged, not just the student section. You know how at LSU games, they have the individual chants that the band plays on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th downs and turnovers? A&M has something similar, and every fricking person in that stadium is doing the chant, every single time - even when they were down fricking 20 in the 3rd quarter. L

Yeah, because they're in a cult.

Have to disagree on the piped in music, it was the loudest at Kyle vs any other SEC stadium I've ever been to.

I live in east Texas and have been to 1 Aggie game. It was nothing even close to what I experienced in the 70s with my dad in Death Valley. Not near as loud either. Yeah I’m older but I’ll take Tiger Stadium any day. Now the fans do need to stay till the end.

Hmmmm....

TLDR: Was dragged to an A&M game and the in-game experience is 100x better than LSU's.

Something isn't adding up here. So A&M in the best season they have ever had to this point is a better gameday atmosphere then an LSU team that has underperformed and disappointed the expectations of LSU so much that they fired their Coach? Bruh c'mon.

You are going to catch a lot of shite for this post because you are referring to A&M, but you are right. It’s embarrassing how far behind LSU is compared to other SEC teams in many aspects. Most other SEC teams is pouring millions into their updated facilities/gameday amenities while LSU insist on being stuck in the 90s and won’t hardly update shite.

The concessions at Tiger stadium is downright disgusting. I didnt know it was possible to ruin nachos but they even accomplished that.

A&M is very loud. And their fans are all very good at making that place as intimidating as possible.

That being said, that stadium is dogshit. Ugly as hell. Food is arse. And you are surrounded by the most cornball weird people ever. I have no desire to attend another game there. The game day experience sucks arse if you are a visiting team fan.

Sorry, the food at our place sucks. If you were in a suite, I guess totally different. You had catered food... not stadium food.
