and Milroe is the perfect QB for these youngsters to face. He can’t hit the side of a barn

Sage Ryan, Welch, Stamps, & Hughes

Is that all we got? Maybe Toviano or Yaites?

Why do you think this?

I mean Bama loves to throw the deep ball. That’s not really a good thing if you’re a defense playing young guys who have never played before on a defense that already has a ton of busted coverages. And I’m not saying it’s impossible but you are basing this prediction on nothing but you being an LSU fan.

Toviano

Has the mindset. Look up his interview on YouTube with Anthony Ranaudo a few months ago. Doesn’t talk like a freshman. Seems mature.

I suppose Ryan Robinson is another option if push comes to shove. Not really a guy you want to get his first meaningful PT against Bama, but not many other options.

Bad take.. Y’all act like Bama is like MS State on offense and they are not. They can score, and yes they will hit passes on our secondary. Better buckle up!

I remember that offensive lineman we recruited who was supposed to be so great, he was called Pancake. They interviewed him about LSU not being able to run against Bama and he said, “When I get there that’s over.” He didn’t talk like a freshman, either. Talk is cheap.

We’ve only played one QB that really pushes the ball down field and that’s Dart. Milroe is #3 in the country in yards per completion, followed by JD at #4 and Dart at #5.

Milroe is better than this board thinks. He threw some dimes against A&M on the road. We need to focus on taking away Burton but Milroe is solid.

And Dart was 0/6 on 20+ yard passes against us

I would man up their #1wr with the youth cbs and run zone against the edges and middle. Then, just don’t turn it over. That simple. #getwellbrooks, #dbuUnite, #shakeitoffzy

You make a god point Penrod, but I think it’s worth hoping that JT is not really like the guy your are referencing.
You could be right though, and we’ll need to see it on the field.
You should probably watch the interview though, the kid isn’t arrogant, he’s put together for an 18/19 yr old. But he’ll have to earn his accolades, that’s for sure.

Well yeah because he misses half the throws in the short to intermediate range
