This will be the first competent coaching staff he has had, so that gives me some hope.

What? Curley Hallman was HC for Brett Favre.

If you actually watched most of the passes thrown by Nuss last year it wasn’t due to bad wildly inaccurate throws. Seemed like Nuss couldn’t catch a break because the damn receivers kept forgetting how to catch a football!

IMO Lamar Jackson wouldn’t have been as great in the SEC

I too think NFL MVP Lamar Jackson wouldn't have made it in the SEC...

Where does the inaccurate talk come from when referring to Daniels? He has a higher career completion percentage than Brennan while having almost identical passing yards per attempt stats.
His leading receiver last year was the running back who was taking 5 yard "passes" / laterals. The completion percentage is deceiving.

Would be a really nice surprise if we have the next college Lamar Jackson waiting to hit the scene!

What has Lamar Jackson won? LSU destroyed him in our bowl game that year.

I heard he can run fast and that’s the #1 trait you want in a QB as this board has pointed out.

Where he may have good wheels and a strong arm, accuracy isn't his strong suit.

I appreciate Myles hanging around but he’s been here like 10 years and hasn’t shown Dick. Dude just doesn’t have it unfortunately.

He could be, there is always a chance. But he didn't show much of anything in the spring game to signal that he will be a star for us this coming season.
u people are really dumb Jayden came here 3 weeks before the spring game with no chemistry with the receiver’s of course he’s gonna look trash but he’s definitely better than what we saw he’s my pick to win the starting job

What I noticed most was the instance for running during a scrimmage they could not touch the qb. In those plays he does not use his tools, other players, he has at his disposal.

If he has a career in the NFL it will be at WR, IMO.

A run first QB is probably not what coach Kelly will settle on.

Well, that’s moot, because Daniels is not a run 1st QB. So many people on here have opinions based on things that are either not facts, or woefully incomplete.

But you made the claim that he’s a run 1st QB. By all means prove me wrong. But the onus is on you to show your work.

Bruh, that’s why I included PY/A. Brennan 8.5, Daniels 8.4

Daniels did it in the Pac12, Brennan did it in the SEC
