McMen will be along shortly to tell you there are about 2 more years left in rebuild… but McMeh has done a masterful job building the roster and well “surprise” some people. Rinse, Repeat. Every year.

Well, year zero doesn't count of course....not like a new coach has ever come in and had to overhaul the roster in the portal age...and then mid-year we found out (thanks Mascona) that we weren't investing enough money in hoops - so we.....I guess, spent more money and fixed everything this year? Maybe?

No, not this year maybe. We still have a bottom tier SEC roster and lowest tier SEC coach

This was supposed to be the big NIL money push that Woodward's PR staff told us through Mascona and others- we needed because CMM had been neglected in that regard.
I won't repeat my disgust at the contradictions with this but if this was the big push I'm very skeptical that it got us the talent to even make the tourney, which you basically have to be about 45th in the country or better to make.
I hope I'm wrong, I'd much rather be wrong an eat crow on this than right. I would LOVE for CMM to succeed - I really would.
