One would hope that LSU's moron HC would be watching this game and finally realize that this style of football is not how you beat Alabama. Michigan St. is a better coached but less talented LSU. Bottom line though is the same result vs. Alabama.
Clemson will have a real shot to beat them.

That pass to end the half was one of the worst I've seen all year. It was intercepted the second it left his hand. Why he didn't try to throw to the corner is beyond me.

Plus if they do pull off that amazing feat, they will have been the first pro style team to have done that since LSU did back in 2011.
Bama has only lost 6 times in the last 4 years and ALL of them have been vs spread offenses. Doesn't matter either. Air raid, read option/power option, and your basic spread.
You have to get guys in space and use a lot of misdirection to beat Bama. Going head up is just spinning your wheels.

I'm glad to see there is someone else in this thread that has a clue. From the moment this matchup was announced you knew it was a blowout waiting to happen. Mich. St had NO chance to move the ball on Bama's front 7. None. You have to create space by scheme and formation, not by trying to beat them man for man
