That’s Trahan’s old Alex Box renovation from 15+ years ago. They ended up using the concept at Tiger Park.

there needs to be an area where students or anyone can come and BYOB and grill out/get wasted and rowdy. Instead of we have some gross looking bleachers with people baking in the sun and looking like they don’t want to be there lol

Because it enhances the experience. It’s why most stadiums have them. Great for kids and families to spread out.

I don’t really understand the obsession with Berms either. I always see them hyped up as a reason to get the crowd more rowdy.

Why do we need a grass hill for that?

There’s no way that there’s enough room to build a berm. It’s just not going to happen. They should do some patio deck thing for the students or something.
