Solid post, dickhead. I thought he made some valid points. You obviously don't have an argument for any of them, so STFU.

Whats the point of this thread??

Outside of LSU fans continually stating INCORRECTLY that Ridley leads the SEC in rushing, you mean?

Ohh, you mean all the threads from LAST week, when Ridley was leading the SEC in rushing yards? Because I have not seen hardly any threads this week claiming he is still leading the league.

Oh and read the one right above yours. He actually puts FACTS in there about ridleys rush totals. I know you probably can't comprehend stats, but we need to take some of the load off of him with all of the other guys we have behind him.

I understand that dumbass but what is the point of a thread title douchebag

It's Tiger Dropping message board where comma placement is not necessary. Once again you are a douchebag. Thanks again for wasting another post on the board.

Not intending to flame here, but who gives a Frick. having the most 1st place finishers in a bunch of individual stats does not a championship team make.

Just win BABY!!!!!!

Let's see:
1. The dude is averaging 21 carries a game through the first 6. He's going to wear down.

He has 125 rushes this season. That means he's on pace for 250 rushes in the regular season alone. That is 25 more than Hester had in 2007 through 2 more games.

Assume he plays 14 games like Hester? He'll be at 300 rushes. That's 75 more than Hester or 33% more. That's ridiculous. Scott only had 217 in 2008.

2. He's averaging 5.12 YPC which is solid, but you could easily tell he wore down in the UF and UT games. It wasn't hard to see it.

3. We need to develop our other RBs more, and by this I mean cut down Ridley's carries as well as JJ's and give them to other backs like Ware, Blue, Ford, and Murphy. It will help the team to have a fresh back in at times.

Those are just a few reasons.
i said the excact same thing. We have alot of backs and need to utilize them more. But everyone wanted call me stuff. Thats okay!

the rushing distribution vs UF.

this is Ridley in the 4th QT:

2,1,2,2,-1,-2

so net 4yds on 6 carries.

Miles needs to learn to put in some fresh legs. I guess thats why he put in Murphy towards the end.

It wasn't him being tired as much as it was the line not blocking. He had people meet him at or behind the line every run in the 4th.

It wasn't as much him being tired, you are correct.

However, the line was still blocking, but they were blocking 9 men in the box on most plays after we took the lead in the 4th. We ran every 1st and 2nd down until the final drive. It is easy to stop the run when that is happening.

Yeah we were incredibly conservative and predictable in the 4th and fresh legs wouldn't have done anything different. I think they trusted Ridley more with the ball than any of the other guys.

I counted 10 at one time in the box!

Play action would be nice every once in a while; when we have the play makers that LSU has at WR, and TE...

A wild cat package with Russell Ware and Ridley would do wonders
