maybe but they could be losing higgins and boyd. WR could be the highest need.
Bengals could drop down imo and target brian thomas or keon coleman.

Joe has had 2 season ending injuries in 4 years offensive line will still be the bigger need even if they lose both Higgins and Boyd.

Higgins is as good as gone. They value Chase over Higgins and can’t pay both. They have invested in the OL the last 2 years with Orlando Brown, Carras, Cappa and Jonah Williams. They need better depth at OL but the starters are solid not great.
Their bigger need is going to be on the DL. DJ Reader is an UFA and will likely sign with another team. He makes 12.9 per year now. Probably is going to be looking for 17 mil a year.
