I broke my arm in walk through (helmets and shorts) on gameday in high school. An over eager O lineman over exaggerated his blocking as I the linebacker came through the hole. He ducked his helmet toward me and I managed to get my thumb inside his facemask and tripped and fell bringing the lineman with me who fell on my arm and broke it. shite happens.
