Me as well. Dude has improved immensely. Reminds me of former saint mark ingram. It’s what happens when you open up the offense

I will gladly eat crow here. I thought CEH was a good back, but not a great one. Before the season started, I fully expected Emery and TDP to take over the majority of snaps at running back by the Vandy game.

You can have all of the talent in the world, but if you don't have heart and determination, you won't go very far. CEH plays with a chip on his shoulder and has the heart of a champion. The dude has been an absolute stud this year.

Me too.

And it's long past time to fess up.

Didn't the elusiveness or speed before

Thought the two freshmen would be ahead of him before.

He's been incredible.

Maybe Chubba Hubba and Johnathan Taylor have piled up more stats. But in terms of pure football, performing when it counts, you could make an argument that he's the had the best season of any RB this year.

Clyde is the man.
A lot of us underestimated him.
He is an absolute beast these days.

He’s reminding me more and more of Mark Ingram.

In.

I said I couldn't wait to see john emery take over mid season. I always said ceh was better than everyone thought. I insisted he was better than brosette to disdain. But I didn't see him blowing up this much.

I must have said how proud I was of him like a dozen times during the Bama game. I got teary eyed when I saw him crying while one of the coaches was holding him. That was simply beautiful.

Same here. I thought he would've been passed on the depth chart by now. Great hands and he has a burst.

I've been wrong about players before. Usually it's when I expect a 5 star recruit to come in and dominate. And they don't even make 2nd team all-SEC.

Why don’t more LSU fans prop up the players, and stop criticizing them. They are kids. Everyone can be great, it’s up to the player to find great. Tearing them down doesn’t help 99% of the time.

Don't sweat it. Most of us were as wrong about CEH as we were right about DJ Welter.

Same here, totally wrong about the man. On the upside Saban probably has nightmares about him.

Correct me if I'm wrong but CEH biggest asset is his ability to change direction. Whether it's the jump cut or the spin move he appears to have the ability to change direction at an elite level.

The best Clyde comp is Doug Martin

If we are making comparisons I think we need to throw Pierre Thomas's name in the mix. Thomas had similar change of direction and acceleration in that first 10 yards.

Knew he was special since the Auburn game last year. He showed lots of flashes that game. Stoked he finally put it all together

Honestly I always though ingram was a little overrated. I honestly cant think of a comparison to CEH, dont know why everyone feels they need to. He is a very unique back, with the best spin move around and pure hunger and superman power when it counts.

I posted months ago that I thought CEH would be the go to guy...before being supassed by Emory in game 3 or 4. Put me in the waaaaay wrong category as well.
