re: I feel bad for Coach Johnson having to put up with Koki and his questions.

Looking at the interview I would guess the question at hand involved Casan Evans. Koki basically asked CJJ why did he struggle tonight. CJJs sighed and stared at the sky for a second. And then said you mean the scoreless third? LOL.
They were saying question 2. That isn’t the one. Just stupid overall thread.
The one on Evans was a good question and rightly so. Evans wasn’t sharp regardless of the outcome one versus that team who struggled that inning.
Like it or not, Evans wasn’t sharp last night. Fontenot looked better than he did.

No it's not!
This kid is horrible at what he does. Half the questions he asked, I can't understand because he mumbles and stutters everything and gives a little silly laugh at questions Jay answers.
I would rather have the red headed broad!

I think Jay deals with him because he's young and probably inexperienced. But you can tell he gets aggravated with him sometimes.

They’re not watching the press conference questions from all the press conferences throughout the season. If Koki wants CJJ to respect him like he does most all the other journalists, he needs a mentor (and some research on his subject matter wouldn’t hurt).
Just my .02 worth.

So what was the question?

Pussy won’t say which one he THINKS was the question because he is a pussy.
None were terrible. Just a couple were obvious and not phrased as good as they could have been
Kade was good
Evans was a little off - which I think Jay downplayed but it was still ok to ask about his performance. Jay was snarky on that one. It was a good question but no answer.

Having seen most of the press conferences, Kiki’s questions tend to be the most “technical” or insightful, and not the usual “_____ was so great tonight, how important is he to the team?” from the others. Where I think things sometimes get awkward is that he can bring more negative or critical questions than others, and sometimes his questions are basically asking the coach to give away his strategy.

Koki for a young journalist likely not from here and obviously not playing baseball at any meaningful level does a decent job. Certainly grinds and puts in the effort.
This.
Koki has interviewed me before, great kid.
