Oh, make no mistake. Joe Burrow has religion, just not the kind that immediately comes to mind when the word is mentioned.

The God Squad would have found a loophole in the Bible in order to forgive Joey Heisman. LSU football is religion to native Louisianians.

Religion is a dying breed. I don't think any of my friends have been to church since they were children.

I was probably around 12 myself

Why the down votes? Religion has been on a steep decline for years now. People are realizing that actions speak louder than beliefs

It doesn’t bother me one way or another.

I’m a Christian myself but it doesn’t really matter to me what athletes do or don’t do.

I haven’t listened to that show in years but I remember Corby being a massive OU fan boy so this checks out

Yea I really don't like him - he ruined Mike Rhyner for me. I just happened to be listening on a work roadtrip.

This pissed me off before the Peach Bowl, but he ate plenty of crow.

Joe looking fly next to that smarmy goofball...

Dude is definitely on the spectrum. Which combined with his physical talents makes him the perfect quarterback.

Any time someone says the word activities I always think of that scene.

Well, in a few months, Baker won’t even be the best NFL QB in Ohio.

And just think, Joey B. would've come back for a 6th season if they had given him a medical redshirt.

Didn't 'his family's' church have a party for the Heisman ceremony?

Traditional Sunday church for elite athletes is rarely an option.

I didn't hear one person say one thing about him not thanking God in his Heisman speech. I noticed, but didn't care to be the guy. But I certainly noticed other more "vocal" Christians not saying shite.

You obviously weren’t on this board the following few days after the Heisman ceremony because there were multiple threads about it.
