That reads like it was written by a sports journalist in Shanghai and then run through Google translate twice

Weather prediction a month out? Seriously? In Texas? That’s a joke right?

A rational betting man would clearly bet on LSU, because they are far more experienced, and they were better last year. The line is even because a lot of delusional Texas fans are betting on the Longhorns. The betting line, contrary to what many think, is not "Vegas' opinion"; it is the line that will balance the betting such that the book can't lose.
Those delusional Texas fans could end up winners, just as Wisconsin fans were a few years ago. The scenario for Texas is that LSU is still fumbling with their new offense and are too stupid to just ram it down Texas' throat (like Georgia was stupid against LSU last year). Texas' offense, although they will be manhandled in this game, can certainly scrape out some scores, especially with a couple of propitious turnovers. Texas wins 16 to 13.
The most likely outcome is that LSU leads by two TDs with two minutes to go. The final score depends on if LSU gives up the garbage TD. My bet is YES, so LSU 34 Texas 27 is my bet.

Collin Johnson might be good but I guarantee he has never lined up against a cornerback like Kristian Fulton.

Who wrote that crap? Rain man?
The guy is all over the map.
While I do think LSU will win, 49-13 over the Horns at their place is ludicrous.
Drugs are bad. Just say no.

The SEC needs to win non-conference matchups like this since it doesn’t carry the same pedigree year-in and year-out as the Big 12.
I read this three times trying to understand it. I guess my LSU education doesn't prepare me for this high level language.

Texas is at home. Why shouldn’t the line trend in their favor?

I just hope the officiating lets the teams decide it.
Unlike LSU-aTm last year. Or LSU baseball in Austin this year.

So according to your calculations Texas is, indeed, not back.
