I have no attachment to ULL, but would normally pull for the other La. team(s), if LSU lost.
However, some of these ULL fans have made such jackasses out of themselves with their envy, delusional self importance and hatred of LSU that it' just impossible to take them too seriously or support them under any circumstances.

Yes, I'll pull for ULL if and only if they beat LSU. I have a bunch of friends from ULL and a cousin of mine was instrumental in both getting ULL to Omaha in 2000 and beating Clemson when there.
ULL is my 2nd favorite team other than obviously LSU. Having said that, I hope we fricking skull frick ULL this weekend. frick em!

I'll keep it simple. I'd pull just as hard for USL as USL fans would pull for LSU. Ain't happening, either side. And this has nothing to do with internet trolls. I grew up in Lafayette & know the typical USL fan way too well to ever pull for them.As an aside: they do pull for Alabama, I've seen that dynamic live & in person too many times over the years.

I'd pull for them to get to the championship game series and lose both games by 1 run...like getting to the 1 yard line in Tiger Stadium and couldn't punch it in for their first TD EVER in TS...so close...yet so far... :evillaugh:

This. If LSU is out, my interest in college baseball goes down pretty much to zero.
So if ULL would happen to beat us, I wouldn't care either way what would happen to them going forward.

You do realize they haven't been called USL for a while, right? And the "all ULL fans pull for Bama" myth is ridiculous. I'm sure there are some, but the vast majority of people in Lafayette support LSU.
