Yep, every single player with a 5th yr eligibility will take full advantage of what these other players did. They will happily step back into college and get paid thanks to these suits.
I don't agree with the bouncing back and forth from NFL to college, but this issue was created when NCAA said it was ok to pay players.

Paying NIL was the result of a lawsuit against the NCAA, particlarly House vs. NCAA.
