That’s funny. Won’t lie. Cradle Catholic here who attended private school growing up and some of that material was crazy! Interesting, though.

Just got an email from my support ticket at 2:00 yesterday saying ticket closed & they would give me free access for 30 days 
I have the countdown on my laptop
Have an hdmi cable between the tv & my laptop
When I go to hdmi input on tv it’s not getting a signal
Am I skipping a step?

Some tvs have a PC option to select now instead of hdmi. Do you see anything like that?

If you have a smart TV you probably have a built in internet browser. I have fire TV and using Amazons built in browser to get to the site and watch. It’s really easy.
