Easy. You do nothing while you're pitcher is giving up hits and hitting people in the head. Should have had Fontenot ready to go for 20-30 pitches early in the 8th if it even looked slightly problematic.
The season is pretty much over if you lose this game. Just horrible management of the pitchers.
