True story,
We moved here in 06. My disabled son wore lsu gear to school occasionally. Until one day, in the 7 th grade , some bamafan kid punched him. He's in a wheelchair. Now hes a sophomore in hs and he doesn't wear lsu gear to school anymore. Too much drama and he's way happier.
Sad but true.

The Bama fans at my work never ever let me forget about Jan 9. It has gotten so old and I really need this win or I may go postal.

How long ago?
During the early 2000s and days of Shula, Alabama fans were actually tolerable. It's a different story, now IMO.....

Good point, I haven't lived there since 2003. My parents still live there and my mother does talk about how bad the fans have gotten.
She does say they never blame Saban.

While the company I work for spans the entire SEC territory (and up the East Coast), corporate headquarters is located in Birmingham. Absolutely despise going up there for corporate meetings.
I tend to believe I can get along with most anybody, but UA fans crawl under my skin - can't stand em. Are they ALL like that? I'm sure they aren't. What I can say is the overwhelming majority of them that I have encountered, are.

I hate them with a passion. My grandpa always said his 2 favorite teams were LSU and whoever beat bama.

I live in this God Forsaken state called Alabama. I can't stand any Alabama fan. They all claim to be historians, and know every rule about football. But yet when I invite them to come officiate football at the High School level they all turn tail. They are hypocrites. The worst ones are the ones that have never set foot on UA soil for an education.
I can't wait to get back to Louisiana or at least Texas.

There are so many reasons to hate them....
1. Every time I see that prick Mal Moore, I want to puke.
2. Their sense of self-entitlement is disturbing.
3. The fact that they whored themselves over CNS tells you exactly what they are.
I actually respect the hell out of the program/team on the field. I can honestly say I would only hate them about half as bad had they beaten us in Tusc last year, then gone on to win the NCS. I may not even have hated them at all. Truly, my hatred comes from the turn of events last year.
The fact that they have no shame in how they did what they did last year (hell, even reasonable LSU fan know that we got lucky in 07) tells you pretty much all you need to know.

Not a Bama fan, but I literally despise the University of Arkansas. We often talk about delusional fan bases, but these idiots take the cake.

Don't hate Alabama. Actually respect their traditions and what they accomplished. Overall their fanbase is almost a mirror of us. Tons of passion, tons of tradition and like to party for games. Usually only hate them during the game.
