How many teams would be favored to beat LSU on a neutral field?

Maybe three, Georgia, Miami and Ohio State? Who else you got? If only they let Vegas pick the playoff teams. They have teams ranked above LSU that LSU would be a td favorite or more over. But thats not the way it works.
Kentucky is ranked over LSU as they should be, I guess. But if they miss the two point conversion, LSU is probably a top five team and Kentucky barely in the top 20. That one play might keep LSU out.
Literally no one outside of Kentucky actually thinks Kentucky is nearly as good as LSU. By the current criteria Kentucky certainly deserves to be ranked over LSU, even though LSU beats Kentucky 8 or 9 of ten games. LSU is at least a 7 point favorite over Kentucky on a neutrals field.
I like the idea of the expanded playoff, Virtually every team with a chance to win the national championship will make the playoffs. Teams who play tough schedules dont get penalized as much. BYU is ranked way higher than LSU, but what would the records be if BYU played LSUs schedule and LSU played BYUs schedule?
Under the current criteria used by the committee, if they actually have one, it’s clear the best teams dont make the playoffs. Vegas knows.

I’d rather beat the rivals and win a conference championship than play midweek games in late January against teams I don’t care about.
Championship t shirts are for the Walmart fans.
The expanded playoffs is only giving us teams that played no one or rematches of games that were already played.
I’d prefer a meaningful regular season and a true conference championship.
I’d like to see the SEC go to a four team playoff and completely skip the CFP BS.

Georgia isn't near as good as you guys think. They were gifted the Alabama game. Who have they beat?
Who has Miami even played? Ohio state didn't have an offense with sayin playing...they damn sure dont

For the 14 teams above LSU in the polls, I'd say maybe 5 should be there. Everyone says playing the tough schedule helps you get in the playoffs, but it seems to me that the easy schedule & great record seems more important.
I guess we will see when the selection committee provides their take on this.
