I thought LSU in 2024 would be about 6-2 in the SEC. I thought we would NOT be an SECCG contender at all. Right now I see us as overachieving. Beat alabama next Sat and we are really overaCHIEVING, IMO.
BK wont be having a warm seat for a couple of years at least.
Note: IMO, warm seats for HC's can ONLY come from the AD.

I think we will drop at least one more game this season, possibly two. That puts us back at 9-3, which seems to be Kelly's ceiling. We could lose every SEC game next season and Kelly wouldn't be let go. Thanks to Woodward, Kelly is our Jimbo Fisher. We're stuck with him for at least another two more seasons.

I picked us to go 9-3 or 8-4 this year. It hasn't happened like I expected, but we are about what I thought we'd be. A decent team but not great.
I don't consider that acceptable in year #3, but it's pretty easy to look at the roster and see why we are here. We don't have the dudes on D. We have a few, but nothing like LSU's great defenses of the past.

Unfortunately, I agree. Our complete inability to run the ball…..coupled with Milroe’s ability to run the ball, is going to be more than we can overcome.
