How many more chances does Slaughter get?

The guy is batting way under .100. He's decent at best at 3rd base.
Chris Reid is always very steady at the plate and isn't any worse in the field than Slaughter.

Slaughter and Reid will probably start rotating at 3rd until Smith comes back. I predict Smith will play 3rd when he comes back and Hughes will play SS

What I said was factual. calling a guy trash who is slumping is not factual. He didn’t earn a starting spot at LSU at the beginning of his FR and SO seasons because he is trash.

I’m as big a proponent of letting a proven kid hit his way out of a slump as anybody.
That being said, 3B is a production position and .050 doesn’t cut it. This particular experiment isn’t working, and it’s time for a change.

He has played so bad that during his second at bat, ESPN put on the screen that he was 0 -1 (Slaughter). Usually, it says something like 1-1 (Double). So now they are considering an out to be a “Sluaughter”. Getting a stat named after you is historic Ike the Mendoza line.

Slaughter was inconsistent at best last year and shows no improvement. Reid is playing better. Reid should be playing more.

just because maneri started him as a freshman doesn’t make him this god like savior figure that we can’t ever say anything bad about, he is playing terrible end of discussion, why can’t y’all see this, man these slaughter pumpers are more aggressive as the Miles pumpers, if you say one thing they don’t like you get attacked for it
