I don't really like basketball so I would not trade a single one! Don't get me wrong, it is really cool when we make the Final Four but when we do go I am never devastated like I know I would be if we lost the Championship series in Baseball or a regular bowl game in Football. This is JMHO!

Gotta be #1 or 2 over the past 20 years. Who's won more CWS's, USC? Irvine? Texas? I don't have the stats on hand, but at least over the past 20 years, LSU baseball has been a legit sports dynasty, albeit an amateur one.

I would rather be great at baseball than average in basketball and since basketball already has it's "elite" teams, then I will stick with great baseball.

With the one and done nature of college basketball, one could also say that basketball is about as far from "amateur" as there is in college athletics....including football.

No we're not. LSU Is and always will be a football school... The joy and excitement around campus when the basketball team is doing well is much higher than with baseball. Personally, I love all LSU sports pretty equally, but I think a basketball NC would be HUGE right now. I guess there's always next year.
