His text messages were captured. Same thing. Sean Miller was suspended for one game. There's some doubt if there is anything at all on the wiretaps.

getting back to the OP's message he stated that "Alleva did the right thing suspending Wade" or something to that nature. One of the posters this weekend gave some info on a public records request he made for pertinent emails regarding this issue. He got a response from LSU and there was very little info in there but one glaring brief email was from F'king Alexander instructing Alleva to place WW on suspension until further notice and until he meets with the Admin.
It did not ask JA his opinion or anything. It just said for him to place WW on suspension.

So what if Wade was on a wiretap. People can't have phone conversations? Was anything ever proven to be an infraction with what Wade was recorded saying?
So you're telling me that regardless of whether or not anything has been proven or Wade himself has come out and admitted that what he was talking about was in fact, paying Smart...regardless of any of that...the NCAA can just wake up one day and say, "you know what, I don't like LSU...we're going to penalize them just because." That's pretty much what you're saying because for the 10 millionth MOTHERfrickING TIME Lester, nothing has been proven from that phone conversation. Nada. Nothing. No Dice.
So again, what exactly was it in the phone conversation (that was recorded) that got Wade suspended?

As many as 50 schools are implicated in the FBI probe. You claim most were fired or arrested? Can you tell me about them? Would've been dozens in jail or the unemployment line.

You missed the point. You keep saying that it was a no brainer decision and correct because of a stupid wiretap. And my point is that if a wiretap is the only reason you think that it was a good decision to suspend Wade, then you must think that it's ok for the NCAA to potentially penalize LSU. Because, hey, the FBI recorded a phone conversation! 
What exactly (of any substance) was on that recorded call that warranted a suspension of Wade?
I'm just trying to figure out if you're really that much of a dumbass and following bunk logic, or if you're just trolling us all and trying to get a rise out of everyone and wasting all our time responding to you.

I can tell you the ones on wiretap. And it’s certainly closer to 5-7 than 50.

Wade was suspended for not meeting over the wiretap.
A suspension with pay is limbo. It’s not a vote of guilt. It’s a way to get to the truth, Combining that to think the NCAA has the right to penalize is ignorant and is something I never said or implied
