How good are Dwayne Haskins and Tate Martell???

tOSU must be a land of riches. Two Heisman caliber QBs on the roster to let the next QB Jesus just leave like it's no big deal.
We are so blessed to be able to eat from the table scraps of Columbus, Ohio.

Well, we recruited Haskins. Damn good dual threat. Martell was highly touted also. Burrow was the recipient of unfortunate timing with an injury. Opened the door for Haskins to work magic in a comeback vs Michigan. You do that and you (fair or unfairly) pretty much seal the deal as the OSU starter. Burrow either will or won't win the job. Either way, his addition makes us better. Competition is good for the whole team. I'm not concerned about infighting. Once someone takes command, the players will recognize and get on board. I saw it firsthand last year with the UGA qb situation.

Meyer's, no doubt. Ohio St is not far removed from having 3 national championship calibur winning QBs on its roster. Its not that far fetched to think that they have 3 really good ones still.
Having an Urban Meyer coached transfer, who got beat out, might be a much better option than any QB on the LSU roster.

Haskins is talented and Martell can run. Burrow is talented as well. Burrow wasn’t going to take the chance of playing back up another season when Urban didn’t name a starter immediately after spring.

From film, my take is that Burrow is a better armed Matt Mauck. I'll take it.

They aren't necessarily any better than Burrow, but they obviously fit Urban's system and college in general better. Burrow has much better shot at making the NFL, but Tate is something when he's running.

Apparently the QBs we had weren’t getting the job done. Bringing in Burrow is either going to make them step up and show they can be LSU’s starting QB, or give them another year to develop until they can. You crying like a fricking bitch about it isn’t going to change any of that.
