How do we handle Poche here?

If we go up big early in this game, (ie, 8-0 3rd inning) do we pull Poche and save him for Oregon St?

I just watched our bullpen walk 12 guys and give up 11 runs. I ain't pulling him just cause we're up in the second inning

Solid game theory obviously but everyone here will disagree and coaches sure as shite aren't going that way. More worried about their job security than making 100% optimal decisions.

Devils advocate though: if we pull him and get by with our second tier guys, we would have Lange Friday and Poche Saturday. Seems like our best shot.
