How did the freshmen DT’s do?

It seemed the line did well to me, however I don’t watch specific positions like some of yall do.

Geralds looked by far the best. Anderson didnt come in until 2nd qrt but did ok.

They rotated a ton of guys on the DL. DL looked really good, but Geralds definitely looked the best of the freshman.

I noticed on the drive where they scored, Lamar Brown was responsible for a few big runs and the touchdown because he didn’t close on the ball carrier. He was too worried about his assignment and I guess was hoping someone else would make a play so he didn’t have to.

Not a real concern at this point—they all have work and developing to do—but Lamar Brown did not look like the number one high school recruit in America.
In with the scrubs, he looked bad stopping on the play, reaching out, and trying to arm tackle the Clemson RB who blew past him for their garbage time TD.

I was so excited this game…it was hard to just watch specific players. I was all over the place. I couldn’t do shite but be happy. I was wondering the same thing.

Brown missed spring so I'd expect him to take some time. Geralds is going to be fantastic. Anderson looks a little better than I expected but I wasn't as high on him coming in as most. He needed to change his body as his legs were a bit slow and tired looking in HS. But you can see he's already made good progress. He may need a bit more time than Geralds but I'm sure he will get there

I noticed him at the end of the game. He looks a lot more like a DT than a DE right now

Lamar is probably an All Pro LT if he would actually switch. He’s so set on playing edge though.
