Mainieri let the pitching go to shite after crying about how he didn't have enough pitching in 2014 or 2015. Go out and recruit and develop instead of crying in your postseason press conferences.

I actually thought it looked like we may have some arms that are usable out of the pen this year. The starting pitching just sucked.

People just want to bitch. They forget Walker took a few weeks to get that starting spot. Him hurt is huge. I think a few of the Friday/Saturday guys showed us some very good things.
