You are just as retarded as the OP. First this is not his dream job and even if it was that doesn't mean shite when it comes to wins and losses. Secondly very very few coaches are able to stay at a school as long as they want and O has shown absolutely nothing in the past or present to justify him being able to coach a program long term. In all likelihood O won't make it past three years, a Zebra doesn't change its stripes.

The optics of firing a coach after 1 season is terrible, this will hinder our ability to land a big time coach.
We can't pay a 12 million dollar buyout. Our talking about have over 21 million to pay coaches to not coach.
This doesn't include the buyout for the entire current staff and paying a new staff.
It's not gonna happen. He's going to be here through next season, at least.

Who's the actual retard that needs mental help? He'll get this year, but if it falls apart in the upcoming SEC Meat and the stadium becomes barren empty, (Think PMAC last season) all bets are off for 2018.

Well, I Hope so because one would think (or hope may be a better term) that would be because we are winning at a clip of better than 8-4 every year and if so I'd be O.K. Because we fired a guy who can do that.

Man you retards act like coach O should not only receive far less money than his incompetent predecessor, but like he should be the only coach in college football without a buy out in his contract.
