IIRC Coach O made a promise for offensive playing time during his recruiting (rumored at least). Does this happen junior szn? Will Peet’s and Mangus utilize his athletic potential?

Whether he gets to play offense or not is irrelevant. We don't need him to play offense, we are going to have a very difficult time finding enough PT for the receivers we have and the incoming freshman receivers.

Unless he is better than all of the guys we have at WR, which he has not shown, he will be strictly a CB. Hell he should not even be returning punts, he fair catches the ball 95% of the time. Let Trey Palmer return punts, at least he fields the ball and will return it.

People keep saying this, but it’s incorrect. He promised Stingley, Sr. that he wouldn’t play him on offense until his junior season to make sure he developed on defense first.

Looks like they are backing away from that idea. he might go in very rarely for a special play, but i would not be surprised if he never plays a singe offensive snap.

No on offense, and shouldn’t be returning punts. We should not expose to injury the best cover corner in the nation. He’s just too valuable

There is a lot of hype about Stingley playing both ways, but has he provided any evidence that he is a difference maker with the ball in his hands?

If I were his dad, and Orgeron put him on offense,I would request that he Opt out.
He is going to be wealthy, whenever he chooses, as a cornerback. Why risk injury just for show, in a position in which we are loaded.

If he’s an upgrade then he’s not too valuable to expose to injury. No position player in the history of football was more valuable than Hershel Walker, and they used him to return kickoffs.
