Would be glorious.

Although, she recently did something right and didn't support the property tax increase the council pushed through.

The only part of Houston govt worth a damn is the black guy. The comptroller who is busy calling out Whitmire to his stupid face. He’s been an utter disgrace to Houston.

Hollis

Yes sir. He’s been telling everyone publicly they cannot continue their spend the way they are. They don’t have money.

Whatever he is doing on the side, which is probably something fraud related, as long as it isn’t affecting my tax dollars, go nuts.

What have you heard/know about him?

I bet nobody makes this argument if it's a standard fraud prosecution, especially if no politicians are involved.

It will be tied to the democrat machine in Houston. Otherwise, why announce it?

It seems like they're promoting their anti-fraud efforts

you gave a fair 30,000 foot view

Deeper down, he's tight with Ellis the DSA ,( SEE CM Salinas grilling of C Brown), he's grandstanding on the bad spending while forgiving the responsible parties, Sylvester
Whitmire is cutting a lot of wasteful spending But Hollis and Ellis don't like the cuts he's making because it's cutting into their take

The testimony is Hollis's campaign for mayor, which is all this is,, He's using his public testimony time to run for mayor in 27

you're probably not wrong based upon the publicly available information
but there's more to the story
