he's the world's worst interviewer, first he tries to be way too buddy buddy and it usually comes off as awkward. Then he leads them with questions that get the guest to sort of agree with him, then declares victory.
"Hey Mike, yeah the saints draft was pretty good but don't you think maybe they could have done better?"
"Well yeah no draft is ever perfect and you always wish you could have filled all your needs."

Hell never be in Bristol, and the main reason is because he just doesn't have the personality.
