Les Miles cant bring in top flight qb because perception is that we can't develop them. Now we're forced to run the ball because we can't develop someone who can. This only reinforces his offensive philosophy.

I have only two issues with CCC.
1. He is the highest paid OC in the nation. He's never produced on a level to be paid that much. Ever. No reflection on good bad...etc. He's just overpaid. I don't really see any argument to the contrary.
2. In what way has he helped in recruiting a top tier QB? None. The next time will be the first time. And I can't wait for that to happen.

Yards per Game is a stupid metric to use when comparing teams like LSU, Alabama, and Arkansas, to teams like Ole Miss, Auburn, and Texas A&M.
It's not that stupid to use it to compare a program to itself, but I can post the YPP stats if you'd like.
I love that the people are isolating the passing game and bitching about our national ranking in that aspect, would be the first people to complain about underutilizing the best RB in modern football if we were to ask Harris to take on more of a leadership role in the offense.
Yes, we need to be more balanced on offense, but that is dictated by personnel even moreso than the OC.

So are you saying the Harris is not the QB for LSU? Or are you saying the WR's or O-line are the problem?
If it is not the coaches than one of those has to be the issue if we are not more balanced because this season is a perfect example of - THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL we are going to win the West much less a chance at a Naty with our offensive philosophy!
