If you want to talk shite you better back it up. When you don’t you look like a bitch. When you don’t back it up and then you are a poor loser on top of that you confirm everything everyone says about you.

Who cares what the national media says? That same media scrutinizes every move our President makes so what does their opinions really mean? NOTHING!

One of the two comments on the story criticized Wade for “punching down” as an SEC coach on a lesser coach.

bullshite. In the world of college basketball, the Little schools are just as dangerous as the big ones. And in a tournament situation, you lose, you go home. Ask Miami if they needed to take it easy on Loyola of Chicago yesterday.

The NCAA created the system with auto-bids for the tourney that allows these pipsquaek schools an equal footing. There’s no need to feel sorry for anyone across from you on a college basketball court, much less a bunch of assholes from Lafayette.

This. There has been more chatter and excitement about this than anything that's happened in hoops around here in a long time. Like I said yesterday, nothing wrong with a little hate in sports. Makes it much more interesting.

Didn't read bc I don't care

I'm just gonna keep reiterating that Wade acted like he should have. He protected his family Wednesday night folks. We had our backs. I hope people don't lose sight of that...what he did was beyond awesome for so many reasons. The most important, in my opinion, is that he knew what that game meant to people in this state and he came out swinging like a man possessed. He fought for us and gave us a voice in the battle. He had our backs and fought like a dog for us. We need to have his. Get out to the pmac next year folks. Support him and his team. Our team. Our coach. A legend at 35. Who could have ever imagined the impact he'd make here in just his first year. Y'all please support the hell out of this guy. He's earned it.

I love trash talking. It makes the games so much more fun. It is so much better than coach speak. The post game presser would have been so boring if WW had just said UL is a quality team with a great record. I’m just thankful we were able to pull this one out.

Instead he says he wished he had another timeout.
Love this Guy!!! This is the kind of stuff that will bring attention back to the program and pack the PMac.

shite. After watching this, if Will Wade asked me to go clean the toilets with him in the P-Mac, I’d probably show up early and be happy the entire time.

Hey NCAA, you want to know why this guy gets good recruits? Watch the video.

Also, WW has been here less than a calendar year, right? He’s not from here, has no family connection to SLA. And he’s already developed a hatred for ULL.

Cajuns, if you think everyone you meet is an a-hole, maybe you’re the a-hole. Just saying.

USL would finish last in the SEC and everybody including Bob knows it. That’s why he acted like a douche leading up to the game. Inferiority complex. Bob got what he deserved....but damn I sure wish Wade had another timeout

Of course they do. It gives them something generally interesting to write about that people will read about. We've gotten to this point in major college/pro sports where everyone in charge is so by the book and contained and a lot of the responses they get most of the time are so bottled and non-dramatic. Stuff like this is why we love sports. I have no problems with what Will Wade did and I have no doubt he will do everything in his power to back it up.

I'm no B-Ball fan but I am actually a little excited about next year. I am sure to make a game or three.

CWW looks like he is building a team that will be fun to watch live.

I just read this article it doesn't seem to pain LSU or Will Wade badly at all. Marlin clearly started it.

The author of the article seemed to like what transpired and indicated it made things more compelling. Called it the best thing going that night in college basketball.

I love when people don't read anything and assume what a stance is without even bothering.
