FWIW, when he came back it was reported that he was charged with a misdemeanor and he intended to plead Not Guilty when his arraignment comes up in Oct. Sometimes people in a jam are pressed into pleading out to lesser charge just to get it behind them. Glad to see he does not have to do that and I seriously hope that he is not guilty simply cause I would hate to lose respect for him it otherwise.

Jalen hasn't been convicted. He hasn't plead. There is serious doubt as to whether the charges will even stick.
I don't blame Miles at all for how he's handled the situation. He's shown time and time again, it doesn't matter who you are. You represent the University well or not at all. Tyrann Mathieu. Ryan Perilloux. The guy's not timid when it comes to discipline.

Im all in on Les and have been since 2009. The most genuine big time coach in the business.
And yes there is more to his job than winning, but he wants to win as much as anyone. Les is about winning. It is what drives him. No man crush, but total respect for him as a person.

He played great his sophomore year. There has never been a moment that Jalen Mills wasn't exceptional. He was, and is, a great corner. He played behind a mediocre dline, which is why folks like you think he was subpar.
Lastly, Jalen Mills will be a starter in the NFL, and I'd bet he'll start at corner, not safety.
