It’s hard to tell right now because a lot of good team slaughtered highly inferior opponents. My take of it, taking into account last night’s games:

I have said repeatedly that Trump is the greatest president of my lifetime. That doesn't change the reality that President Trump exaggerates and makes things up and leverages his office for self-enrichment. Do you think that's not true?
None of my threads are "gotcha." They're mostly, "do y'all see this?" I have started many threads in support of Trump and his administration.
At any rate, we shouldn't junk up a Tiger Rant thread with politics.

I agree that if you go 12-0 or 7-6 then rankings don’t matter, but it is better to always be ranked higher early in the season because if you do lose a game then you only drop within the top 10. The CFP and even the SEC tiebreakers are based on highest ranked teams. It is true that there are still a lot of games to be played, but I think in today’s game where perception is reality it is always better to be highly ranked. Then, if you do lose a game, you can still be ahead of the others with the same losses.

Here's a thread posted after mine saying that ESPN is projecting LSU as #4. It got nary a down vote. No posts of "It's too early. Who cares about rankings!"

Also, about what do you think I have been wrong? The only predictions I have made that I can think of (other than game scores) were that:
-Judge Dugan (Milwaukee judge obstructing ICE) would be convicted
- The Comey perjury conviction would be tossed out by the trial judge
- Trump's tariffs under IEEPA would be declared illegal....and
- Birthright Citizenship would be upheld as being Constitutional by the Supreme Court
I didn't I like any of these results (other than Dugan conviction). I was just saying what I thought was probable. Some of y'all assign some terrible motive to people who can objectively analyze facts if y'all don't like the outcome of that analysis.

She listed as ESPN's "Senior College Football Insider." She posted it on ESPN. Are there any other posts on ESPN stating what the CFB rankings should be?

We have a very real chance to win it all so when it comes to the polls I’d rather stay lower as long as possible. Don’t want the media crowning us by the end of week 3
