"Alabama outplayed LSU all game and missed 3 field goals. LSU, like they have all year, found a way to win."

That is the worst analysis of the game I've heard all year, apart from Phil Steele.

Just said it on Cowherd.

Field goals are part of the "process" of winning. Someone should tell Nick

Why you value any person's opinions on espn is beyond me.

We're old news...we don't provide anything interesting because we keep beating the shite out of our opponents, sans Alabama.

I have no issues with someone saying Alabama "outplayed" LSU but LSU found a way to win. Alabama won the yardage and TOP battle and seemed like they had the ball all night. LSU did benefit from missed field goals but that is part of the game. Great teams take advantage of the mistakes of their counterpart.

Just a talking head trying to build ratings. He knows good and well that we slightly outplayed them all game and with the exception of 2 or 3 blown assignments we controlled their offense. Don't let that pretty boy tool rowl you up.

Exactly, because no one is going to want to watch LSU play OSU in New Orleans.

If you don't think that Herbstreit is influential, then you don't know what you're talking about.

It is just amazing to me how someone who does this for a living can have the opinions he does.

Alabama had 58 yards more total offense than LSU had. We outgained them by 100 yards in the second half. We dominated Overtime. How Alabama OUTPLAYED us is beyond me.

and they can continue to say all that, the bottom line is LSU has the win, Alabama doesn't. I hope they do get a rematch so we can blow them out in the Dome, I wonder what excuse they woud have then?

did they get in the red zone more than us? how many more yards did they have than us? a bunch more? not my problem their kicker sucks. he is using this silly commentary to justify putting bama in the NCG. nothing more. because they now realize all their love affairs with oregon, OU, and okie lite have basically ended with okie lite having a long shot to get in, a puncher's chance and that is about it.

How did Oregon lose to USC? They missed an EASY FG.

Ok State also missed a FG in a game that went into OT.

WHY do the talking heads fail to mention that Saban Attempted 50 yard plus FGs??

These were not kicks from the 20.
