f*** bobby hebert.
if he was a even kinda decent qb the saints could've made a run in the late 80s with that great defense they had.
maybe their coach should've let bobby's backup get in some 4th quarters when he was lookin like tim tebow.

You have zero credibility if you can't give miles any credit for where the program is today
I give him credit in that we still have world class talent brah.

t's been seven years man. SEVEN. Seven recruiting classes of miles recruits going through. How you can possibly continue to say this is Saban's program is getting embarrassing.
I didn't say it's Saban's program. I said that Saban made it possible through his early success to build facilities and bring in Moffitt to develop the recruits. No doubt Les wouldn't be shite without Saban.

You realize that you can do that with every coach that loses games right? Or is it only miles that loses games and no other coaches do it?
The facts are the man is 75-18. It is an amazing record but you are so bent on tearing him apart that you can't enjoy anything. You and your ilk deserve a terrible coach.

Moustache is the absolute worst of them too.
He still believes seven years later that this is still Saban's program. I feel bad for the guy.
I definitely don't think that Saban deserves any credit for the team as presently constructed.
I give Miles credit for being a Great recruiter, a damn good motivater, and his players love him.
The problem is some of the idiots on this site that think that people should just be satisfied with the way the team lost because of the 13-1 record. Stating that miles should not be criticized for that debacle on Monday is absolutely asinine!

Mark Emerritt probably had as much or more to do with that!

B.H., unfortunately, is just a drunk embarrassment to this state.
He was j.j. of the saints in his day. they won on defense and couldn't beat the 49ers, vikings, ect because of their poor qb play.
He's on you tube giving the f.u. sign, screaming and yelling to the falcons the year the saints won the super bowl.
he's now running around blasting lsu and miles to anyone willing to put a mike infront of him.
the loss hurts, to whom hurts, you can question the coach, however, to go on tirades show's ignorance.
The team and the coach won 13 games in a row. they beat everyone played. That has to say something. Bama was "lucky" to get in the game. That is a fact. They had the better day that day. a.j. had the game of his life and j.j. had the worst game of his life. It wasn't that way on nov 3.
this boils down to one simple thing. It was an advantage for bama to get a second shot at lsu. They got to see a u.g.a. game plan that helped them, they had an extra edge to them, ect. When two teams are as good as these two, you aren't going to have a win streak over either one. it go's back and forth.

Wrong.

Totally 100% fricking wrong. You must believe in urban legends. There was time for one shot at the TD, then a winning FG if it wasn't complete. Flynn took too long in the huddle and at the line.

09 UGA---Thank god for a retarded ref calling unsportsmanlike and thank god for a lucky run by Charles Scott. Who calls a run in that situation?WTF?
Whoa...now a TD run was luck? I guess I can call Trent's TD Monday all luck now. Wow...

There's nothing inexplicable about it. Miles has already explained this; he thought Jefferson gave our team the best chance to win
There's no way the guy actually thinks this. EVERYBODY sees otherwise. How could it be so fricking obvious to everybody else, media, fans, analyst, former coaches, current coaches, etc. ? But, Les knows best apparently.
If that's the case, then bobby's right. He's arrogant.

The one thing that can't be overlooked or over emphasized is how does all of this very public ripping on Miles going to hurt recruiting? This could devastate recruiting. Why is no one concerned about that?

To the people saying Bobby Hebert is hurting this team more than Miles:
If I'm a player thinking of coming to LSU then I'm looking at how Miles managed the game Monday night. I'm seeing how he didn't try a different player who many think was better. I'm seeing him punt on 4th down midway through the fourth quarter only down by two scores. I'm seeing him run the ball all fourth quarter while they were down by two and three scores. I'm seeing a coach who gave up on his team. The last thing I'm seeing is the mad ramblings of a drunk dad who's pissed his son didn't get playing time. Hebert is just saying what many fans and recruits saw out there Monday night. Is he a lunatic who's going a little overboard? Yes. Should he shut up? Probably after he's done venting. Is he doing more damage to the football program than what Miles did Monday night? Not by a long shot.
Because at the end of the day it's Les Miles who's the play caller, the decision maker, the head coach. Not some radio personality. And that's what matters to potential recruits.

I'm gonna have to say this kind of sums it up.
Miles pisses me off, but you are right. Nobody runs a streak on each other in this one.

Well - I am an alumist of LSU, and a season ticket holder. I was at the game, was extremly disappointed. I do feel like something was wrong with the team. But you know what - at the end of the day, I would rather this type of let down than losing to southern Miss in Tiger stadium. I would rather this type of letdown then seeing Florida hang 58 at an 11:30 kick off. This is frustrating for us all, it is just a game, but shite we all spend so much time and emotion supporting the tigers it is hard to say it is just a game. Things are not that bad, I think most of us want some sort of explanation to hang our hats on, something to take the sting out of just calling it an arse whipping. That is how I feel, as in I want there to be some sort of drama, so I do not have to admit those bama fookers beat the shite out of my beloved Tigers.

Absolutely mismanaged. So, the plan was to try a low percentage throw to then endzone instead of trying to get closer and kick a field goal from the middle of the field? yeah, just because it works out doesn't make it the right decision.

No, but it was absolutely fricktarded to run in that situation. Again, just because it works out doesn't make it right. He ran because he remembered he had Jordan "George" Jefferson at QB for some inexplicable reason.

You are so wrong about '07 auburn that it pretty much makes anything else you say invalid.
